A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking
Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
Voy Holidays reserves the right to amend tour prices, and any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of booking

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
2.1 Cancellation by Client
Standard Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only
60-46 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
45-31 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
2.2 Cancellation by Voy Holidays
Voy Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances
Full refund will be provided for tours cancelled by Voy Holidays
Voy Holidays is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by clients in preparation for the tour
3. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants
Insurance must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency repatriation
Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided prior to departure
4. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS

Participants must be in good physical and mental health suitable for travel
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking
Voy Holidays reserves the right to decline any booking if deemed medically necessary

Standard packages do not include assistance for guests with special needs

Voy Holidays is not liable for denial of entry to attractions or refusal of services by hotels, restaurants, airlines, or other suppliers due to disability or special needs
5. PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and necessary visas
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour return date
Voy Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or entry denials
In cases of visa rejection, all expenses incurred by Voy Holidays for visa processing are non-refundable and will be billed to the customer
